Reputation & Trust

Every review answered in your voice, on a standing cadence, with a plan for the hard ones

For med spas, home services companies, dental practices and solo legal firms that already collect reviews but cannot keep up with replying to them, week after week.

Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.

What this is

The Review Response Desk is a standing retainer that answers your online reviews on a set cadence, in your voice, with a defined path for the negative ones. Every review that lands on Google, Yelp, Facebook or the platforms your category lives on is read, and a reply is drafted for your approval, factual and calm, written for the next reader as much as the reviewer. Positive reviews get acknowledged so they never sit ignored. Negative reviews follow a recovery path a specialist helps shape, so a hard moment protects the relationship instead of inflaming it. This is the response half of reputation work, kept separate from earning reviews. The Desk does not invite or acquire reviews. It makes sure the ones you already received are answered well, fast and consistently. A specialist directs the Desk and reviews every reply before it posts. The outcome is a response rate that is visible, quicker replies, and a Reputation and Sentiment signal that moves inside your Machine-Readiness Score.

The problem

Why this matters now

Reviews keep arriving and the replies keep not happening. The five-star ones sit there unacknowledged, and the one-star one from last Tuesday is still hanging in public with no answer. Responding well is a real job with real judgment in it, and it is always the job that loses to the actual work of running your business.

The bar for a reply has moved, and quickly. In BrightLocal's Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, the large majority of consumers now expect a business to respond to reviews at all, and roughly a third want a reply by the next day. A review left to sit does not just annoy the person who wrote it. It is read by the next prospect deciding whether to call you.

The reviews with responses are read as closely as the reviews themselves. Most people who read a review also read your reply, which means every response is really a message to the shortlist of buyers reading behind it. A calm, specific answer to a bad review often reassures a future customer more than the complaint worried them. Silence does the opposite.

And the negative review is where owners most often either freeze or overreact. A defensive reply, an argument in public, or a hard fact disclosed about a patient or client can turn one bad review into a bigger problem, and in regulated fields it can cross a privacy line. The negative review is exactly the one that needs a system and a steady hand, not a late-night reply typed in frustration.

How it works

The mechanism, made checkable

  1. 01

We set the response baseline and your voice

A specialist connects your Google Business Profile and the other platforms your customers actually use, then records where things stand today: how many reviews already have a reply, how fast replies have been going out, and how many negatives sit unanswered. Your tone, the phrases you use, the things you never say, and any compliance lines your field draws are captured. That becomes the voice guide every reply is written against, and the baseline every later gain is measured from inside your Machine-Readiness Score.

  2. 02

We watch every platform so nothing sits unanswered

New reviews are pulled in and surfaced in one place as they land, across Google, Yelp, Facebook and the sites your category lives on. Nothing waits weeks to be noticed. The Desk sees each new review quickly, sorts it by urgency, and flags the ones that need a same-day human reply before they cool.

  3. 03

We draft each reply for your approval, in character

For every review, positive or negative, a considered reply is prepared in your voice, factual and calm, written for the next reader as much as the reviewer. Positive reviews are acknowledged with something specific, not a copy-paste thank you. Final say on every word stays with you, and nothing posts until you approve it.

  4. 04

We run a defined path for the negative ones

A negative review follows a recovery playbook, not a reflex. A specialist helps shape the response so it takes responsibility where fair, moves the detail offline, protects the relationship, and reassures the next reader, without ever disclosing private patient or client facts or arguing in public. Where a review looks fake or violates platform policy, it is flagged through the proper channel rather than fed.

  5. 05

We hold the cadence so replies stay consistent

The Desk runs on an agreed rhythm so replies do not pile up and then vanish for a month. Positive reviews are answered within the set window, negatives are prioritized for a fast, careful reply, and your response rate climbs toward answering every review, which most competitors do not do.

  6. 06

    We report the movement, honestly

Each month brings a clear read: response rate, how fast replies are going out, and how the negatives were handled, tied to the Reputation and Sentiment pillar of your Machine-Readiness Score. The movement is reported with context, never a naked number and never a promised rating. What is controlled is how well and how fast you respond. That is what is measured.

Questions about Review Response Desk

Is this the same as your Review and Reputation Engine?

No, they are two halves of reputation work. The Reputation Engine earns new reviews by inviting your real customers at the right moment. The Review Response Desk answers the reviews you already received, on a cadence, in your voice, with a plan for the negatives. Many businesses run both. But when the problem is that reviews come in and never get a reply, the Desk is the piece you need, and it does not touch how your reviews are collected.

Do you write the reviews themselves, or reply on my behalf without me seeing it?

No to both. Reviews are never written, bought or posted, because fake reviews violate FTC rules and platform policy and put your profile at risk of removal. For replies, each one is drafted for your approval and nothing posts until you approve it. The words are prepared by a specialist in your voice, and the final call always stays with you.

Are the replies synthetic or churned out by a bot?

No. A specialist directs the Desk, writes each reply in your captured voice, and shapes the sensitive ones by hand. Proprietary technology watches every platform and surfaces reviews fast, so nothing sits unanswered, but the judgment, the wording and the negative-review handling are human directed. Every engagement is directed by a specialist and reviewed before delivery. A generic, botted-sounding reply is exactly the thing that reads badly to your next customer, the opposite of what the Desk is built to deliver.

How do you handle a really bad review without making it worse?

With a defined path, not a reflex. Responsibility is taken where it is fair, the detail is moved offline, the tone stays calm, and the reply is written for the next reader as much as the angry one. In regulated fields like dental or legal, private patient or client facts are never disclosed in a public reply, which is both a privacy line and a professional one. If a review looks fake or breaks platform rules, it is flagged through the proper channel rather than argued with in public.

You bill in USD, but are you overseas?

Raveneye Global operates as RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, and everything is billed in USD with no surprise currency conversion. Replies are directed by a specialist and reviewed before they post. We state this plainly because review responses speak in your voice to your customers, and you should know exactly who stands behind the words.

How fast will reviews get answered?

A response window is agreed at setup and held to, with negatives prioritized for a fast, careful reply. Consumer expectations have moved here: in BrightLocal's Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, roughly a third of consumers now want a reply by the next day. The cadence is built to meet a real window rather than promise an exact number of hours no agency can control on every platform, and how fast replies actually went out is reported each month.

How do you measure whether it is working?

Three things are tracked against the setup baseline: the response rate, how fast replies are going out, and how the negative reviews were handled. Those roll up into the Reputation and Sentiment pillar of your Machine-Readiness Score, so one honest signal moves over time, reported with context. Where it is flat is reported as plainly as where it moves.

What do you guarantee?

No star rating, review count or ranking is guaranteed: customers write what they write, and platforms set their own rules. The commitment is a human-directed Desk that answers your reviews quickly and in your voice, handles the negatives through a defined path, and reports the movement with context. There is no lock in, so we keep the account by keeping it working.
