A steady stream of real, measurable reviews from satisfied customers.
For med spas, home services, dental practices and local firms whose reputation decides whether the next customer calls.
Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.
What this is
The Review and Reputation Engine is a standing system that asks every genuine customer for a review at the right moment, watches for new reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and the platforms that matter to you, and prepares replies in your own voice within a day. It is set up and directed by a technical specialist, and every request flow and reply is reviewed before it goes live. It only ever invites real customers, and it never screens or suppresses feedback, which keeps you on the right side of Google policy and the FTC. The outcome is a steadily growing base of honest reviews, faster and more consistent responses, and a reputation signal visible moving inside your Machine-Readiness Score. It feeds the Reputation and Sentiment pillar, one of the four pillars of visibility. Setup is a one time fee, and the system then runs month to month with no lock in.
The problem
Why this matters now
The best customers would often leave a great review. They simply never get around to it, and the few who do post are frequently the frustrated ones. The public rating ends up reading worse than the work actually done, and the gap costs you calls you never hear about.
The bar has moved. In the BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, 47 percent of consumers say they will not even consider a business with fewer than 20 reviews, and most now check several review sites before deciding. A thin or stale profile removes a business from the shortlist without any signal that it happened.
Reviews also age out. That same 2026 survey found 74 percent of consumers look for reviews written in the last three months, so a burst of reviews from two years ago does little today. Reputation is not a trophy won once. It is a current that has to keep flowing.
Responding is its own job. Consumers increasingly expect a reply within a day, negative reviews need a calm and careful hand, and one wrong shortcut, like offering a reward for a review or hiding the bad ones, is now a federal liability. Most owners lack the time or the system to do this well, week after week.
How it works
The mechanism, made checkable
- 01
Connecting profiles and setting the baseline
A specialist connects the Google Business Profile and the other platforms customers actually use, then records where you stand today: current rating, review count, recency, and response rate. That baseline becomes the Reputation and Sentiment starting number inside your Machine-Readiness Score, so every later gain is measured against a real figure, not a feeling.
- 02
Building the request flow in your voice
The invitation customers receive after a visit or job, by text or email, is written and laid out in your own tone and reviewed before it goes live. The ask is timed to the moment satisfaction is highest, points straight to the platform you want to grow, and makes leaving an honest review effortless. It is sent only to real, identified customers you actually served.
- 03
Every genuine customer is invited, with no screening
The system invites all real customers, not a hand picked few. It never asks how they feel first to decide who gets the link, and it never routes unhappy customers to a private form instead of the public one. That practice, review gating, is banned by Google and by the FTC. The compliant path is built on purpose, so growth holds up instead of exposing you to takedowns or penalties.
- 04
Monitoring new reviews across every platform
New reviews are pulled in and surfaced in one place as they land, across Google, Yelp, Facebook and the sites relevant to your category. Nothing slips by for weeks. Sentiment shifts become visible early, and the reviews that need a same day human reply are caught before they wait.
- 05
Helping you respond, quickly and in character
For each new review, a considered reply is prepared for approval, drafted in your voice, factual and calm, written for the next reader as much as the reviewer. For a hard negative review, a specialist helps shape the response so it protects the relationship and your standing. Final say on every word stays with you.
- 06
Reporting the movement, honestly
Each month brings a clear read on rating, volume, recency, and response rate, and how the Reputation and Sentiment pillar has shifted. The movement is reported with context, never a naked number and never a promised outcome. The reputation built is real because the reviews behind it are real.

The outcome
What it moves
- A review profile that keeps growing from real customers, instead of stalling after a good month
- Faster, more consistent replies to new reviews, including the difficult ones, without eating into the week
- A reputation signal that can be watched moving inside the Reputation and Sentiment pillar of the Machine-Readiness Score
- A review practice that stays inside Google policy and the FTC rule, so the reviews earned hold up

Questions about Review & Reputation Engine
Do you write or post fake reviews, or reviews for us?
No. Never. Every review comes from a real customer actually served, writing in their own words. Reviews are not written by the firm, not bought, and never posted on a customer's behalf. Fabricated reviews violate FTC rules and platform policy and put the profile at risk of removal. The entire method is built to grow honest reviews, because those are the only ones that hold.
Is this just software, or is a real person involved?
A technical specialist sets up the system, writes the request flow and reply drafts in your voice, and reviews the build before it goes live. The monitoring runs continuously so nothing is missed, but the judgment, the wording, and the sensitive replies are human directed. Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery. Approval of every reply before it posts stays with you.
Isn't screening out unhappy customers the whole point of a review system?
It is the one thing this method will not do. Asking customers how they feel first, then only sending happy ones to Google while routing the rest to a private form, is called review gating. It is banned by Google and prohibited under the FTC Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, with penalties that reached a 4.2 million dollar settlement in the Fashion Nova case. Every genuine customer is invited, and honest feedback is left to stand. That is what makes the reputation defensible.
You bill in USD, but are you overseas?
Raveneye Global is RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, and everything is billed in USD with no surprise currency conversion. The work is directed by a technical specialist.
How do I know I can trust you with my reputation?
A technical specialist sets up and directs the system, a measured baseline is set before work starts, only real customers are invited, and the movement is reported every month with context. The reviews are real and the numbers are real, so you can check both. There is no lock in, and we keep the account by keeping it working.
Is this a system I run, or an open-ended retainer?
A system you run. Most of the real work is in the build: connecting the platforms, writing the flow in your voice, and setting up the compliant logic. After that, keeping the system monitored, drafting replies for approval, and reporting the movement is a light standing cost. This is a system you own, not an open-ended retainer, and it can be cancelled at any time. The exact figures are scoped before commitment.
How do you measure whether it is working?
Four things are tracked against the setup baseline: the average rating, the review volume, how recent the reviews are, and how quickly and consistently you respond. Those roll up into the Reputation and Sentiment pillar of your Machine-Readiness Score, so a single number can be watched moving over time, reported with context. Recency matters because the BrightLocal 2026 survey found 74 percent of consumers look for reviews from the last three months.
What do you guarantee?
No star rating, review count, or ranking is guaranteed: real customers write what they write, and platforms set their own rules. What is committed to is a compliant, human directed system that invites real customers, helps you respond fast, and reports the movement with variance. The reputation built belongs to you because it was earned.
