Every lead in one place, with an owner and a next step

For med spas, home services firms and local practices whose inquiries arrive faster than any inbox or notebook can hold.

Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.

What this is

The White-Label CRM & Pipeline is a customer-relationship and sales-pipeline system that we build, configure and brand as your own. It gives you one place for every contact and deal: structured records, a visual pipeline with stages that match how you actually sell, task and reminder rules so no inquiry sits without a next step, follow-up sequences written in your voice, and reporting on pipeline value, response time and win rate. We map the build to your sales motion, wire your website forms, calls and inbox into a single queue, migrate and clean your existing data, and train your team. The outcome is fewer leads lost to slow or forgotten follow-up, a clear view of where deals stall, and a system that carries your name rather than ours. It is a standing product with a published price. A technical specialist directs and reviews every engagement before delivery.

The problem

Why this matters now

Enquiries reach your growing business from too many directions at once. A form on the site, a missed call, a direct message, a walk-in, a referral texted to a personal phone. Each one lives somewhere different, and the moment things get busy, one of them gets forgotten. The lead was real. The follow-up never happened.

Speed and consistency are where deals are won or lost, and both are hard to hold by memory. Harvard Business Review studied how firms handle online leads and found that those which reached a new lead within an hour were far more likely to get to a decision-maker than those that waited even a few hours (Harvard Business Review, The Short Life of Online Sales Leads, March 2011). A spreadsheet and good intentions do not enforce that speed. A system does.

As your inquiries grow, a spreadsheet stops being a record and starts being a liability. There is no reminder, no owner, no view of which deals are close and which have gone cold, and no reliable read on how many actually close. You end up running revenue on guesswork.

Off-the-shelf CRM software is meant to solve this, but most of it arrives generic and heavy, and the job of bending it to your business is quietly handed to whoever has the least time. The tool ends up half-configured and half-used. What a busy local business needs is not more software to learn. It is a system already shaped to the way you sell.

How it works

The mechanism, made checkable

  1. 01

    We map your sales motion

We start by learning how you actually sell. A specialist documents your real inquiry sources, the stages a deal moves through from first contact to booked and won, who owns each step, and the fields your team truly uses. We build the pipeline to your business, not to a template.

  2. 02

We build and brand the workspace

We configure the CRM on an established, reliable platform and dress it in your identity: your name, logo and colors, on your own login. Your team and your clients experience your system, never a reference to Raveneye Global.

  3. 03

We wire the intake into one queue

We connect your website forms, phone inquiries and inbox so every new lead lands in a single, deduplicated queue with a source and a timestamp. Nothing arrives without being captured and assigned.

  4. 04

    We set the follow-up rules

We build task and reminder rules so every lead carries a next step and a named owner, plus follow-up sequences by email, and by text where it suits your customers, written in your voice. A specialist reviews every sequence before it goes live.

  5. 05

We migrate and clean the data

We import your existing contacts and deals from your spreadsheets or current tool, map the fields, remove duplicates and verify the result, so your system starts on a clean, trustworthy base rather than importing the old mess.

  6. 06

We train your team and stand behind it

Handover includes a short written playbook, permission roles set for your staff, and a walkthrough of daily use. The monthly keeps the system hosted, supported and updated as your business changes.

What is included

What is delivered

  • A branded CRM workspace set up under your name, logo and login, so it reads as your own system and never Raveneye Global's.
  • Contact and company records structured to your business, with the fields, tags and segments your team actually uses.
  • A visual sales pipeline with stages mapped to how you really sell, from new inquiry through consult to booked and won.
  • Task and reminder rules so no lead sits without a next step and a named owner.
  • Follow-up sequences by email, and by text where it suits your customers, written in your voice and reviewed before they go live.
  • Lead intake wired from your website forms, calls and inbox into one deduplicated queue.
  • Reporting views for pipeline value, stage conversion, response time and win rate.
  • Data import and cleanup from your spreadsheet or current tool, with fields mapped and duplicates verified.
  • Team onboarding, permission roles for your staff, and a short written playbook kept on hand.

The outcome

What it moves

  • Every inquiry lands in one place with an owner and a next step, so fewer leads slip through the gaps between inbox, phone and memory.
  • Your team follows up faster and more consistently, because the reminders and sequences carry the cadence instead of a person having to remember it.
  • Pipeline value and exactly where deals stall become visible, instead of reconstructed from memory or a scattered spreadsheet.
  • The system carries your name and brand, so every message and login a client sees reads as one company, not a patchwork of separate tools.
  • A straight read replaces the numbers you were guessing at: response time, conversion by stage, and win rate.
  • You own your data and stay free to leave, with export on demand and cancellation in the same number of steps it took to start.

Questions about White-Label CRM & Pipeline

Is this built and run overseas?

Raveneye Global bills in USD, with no surprise currency conversion. A technical specialist directs and reviews every build before delivery. You are buying expert-led work from a named, accountable team.

Is this a generic template or something off a factory line?

No. We configure the pipeline stages, fields, intake and follow-up rules by hand to the way you actually sell, after a specialist maps your sales motion. We build it on a reliable established platform so it is dependable, then shape it to you. It is expert craft, reviewed before delivery.

How do I know I can trust you with my customer data?

Your customer data always belongs to you. You can export your records on demand and cancel in the same number of steps it took to start, there is no lock-in, and the pricing is published. The build is directed and reviewed by a technical specialist with years of hands-on work in search and AI visibility, on an established, well-supported CRM platform. We put the terms in writing for you to review.

Why $499 to set up and $49 a month? What does each part cover?

The one-time setup is the build: mapping your sales motion, configuring and branding the workspace, wiring the intake, and migrating and cleaning your existing data. The monthly keeps it hosted, supported and updated. We scope both to your business and agree them directly.

Which platform is it built on, and do I own the system?

We build the system on an established, well-supported CRM platform so it is reliable and secure, then configure and brand it as your own. Your contact and deal records belong to you and can be exported at any time.

Does this guarantee I will close more deals?

No system can guarantee that. What the system gives you is structure and measurement: every lead captured and owned, follow-up that fires on time, and a clear read on response time and win rate. Evidence suggests faster, more consistent follow-up meaningfully improves the odds of reaching a decision-maker (Harvard Business Review, March 2011), but the outcome depends on your sales team and your market as well as the tool.

Are the follow-up sequences just mass, impersonal messaging?

No. We build the sequences to your cadence, write them in your voice, and a specialist reviews them before they go live. They are reminders and templated touches your team controls and approves, aimed at making sure a real person follows up on a real lead, not at flooding anyone. Outreach always represents your actual business and your real customers.

Can it connect to my website, phone and other tools?

Yes. We wire your website forms, calls and inbox into one queue as part of the build, and the system can feed a client portal, reporting dashboards or a dedicated lead-capture and routing setup. Raise a specific tool that needs connecting during the mapping stage and we will scope it from there.
