Visibility Diagnostics

Know exactly where you stand across search and AI answers, before you spend on anything else

For med-spa, home-services, dental and solo-legal owners who suspect they are invisible in AI answers and want a measured starting position before spending on anything else.

From $179A published, one-time price. The audit is a finished diagnostic, not a subscription. Individual intelligence modules are available from $179 if you need one surface read in depth rather than the full score. The risk reversal is plain and specific: if the audit surfaces no actionable finding, you do not pay. That is a promise about the usefulness of the diagnostic, never a promise about rankings, citations or traffic, which depend on engines nobody controls.

Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.

What this is

The Surface Intelligence Audit is a paid diagnostic from Raveneye Global that measures exactly where you stand across the four surfaces a buyer's question now reaches: classic search, AI answers and Share-of-Answer, reputation and sentiment, and the technical foundation every engine reads. You get a Machine-Readiness Score, a single figure from 0 to 100 with the four pillars shown beneath it, your named competitors scored on the same buyer-question panel, and a prioritized list of the corrections that move your number most. Unlike a tool export, a technical specialist reads and writes every audit, then dates it and stamps it with the engines, locale and questions it was run against. It is a measured starting position before any retainer, scoped so you can see which surface is carrying your visibility and which is holding you back. If the audit surfaces no actionable finding, you do not pay.

The problem

Why this matters now

You can rank perfectly well on Google and still be absent from the AI answer your buyer actually reads. Winning a keyword and being named inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or a Google AI Overview are separate outcomes, and most owners have never once checked the second one.

Most audits on the market are a tool export dressed up as insight: a PDF of red and green cells with no human reading behind it, no competitor context, and nothing that tells you what to fix first. You get a scorecard and no decision.

You are told from every direction to invest in AI search, GEO, AEO and reputation, but rarely given a measured number for where you stand today. Without a baseline, every proposal is a guess, and you cannot tell progress apart from noise.

So the real question is not who to hire. It is: on the surfaces your buyers now use, how visible are you right now, how do you compare to the specific competitors you lose to, and which correction is worth doing first.

How it works

The mechanism, made checkable

  1. 01

    We freeze the buyer-question panel

We assemble and lock the real questions your buyers type and ask, phrased the way they actually phrase them. Every reading is taken against that fixed set, so your score is repeatable and the comparison to competitors is fair. This is the Diagnose stage of Search Surface Optimization done in writing before any judgment is made.

  2. 02

We read all four pillars against published standards

We measure your Classic Search presence across a stated query panel and locale, your Technical Foundation against Core Web Vitals field thresholds and indexation checks, and your Reputation and Sentiment from live reviews. The technical and reputation pillars are objective and re-runnable, which is why they carry the narrowest uncertainty.

  3. 03

We sample the AI-answer surface many times per engine

Answer engines are not deterministic, so a single check is worthless. We run each frozen question across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews many times, and report how often you appear as a rate with a confidence band, stamped with the engine, locale and date. This is the pillar most firms never measure, and we show it as a range because a single number would misrepresent how these engines behave.

  4. 04

We score the competitors you actually lose to

We run the same panel against the named competitors you identify, so your Machine-Readiness Score sits next to theirs on identical questions. The result shows your number and where the gap is, on which surface, and against whom. We always disclose the comparison group, never imply it.

  5. 05

We rank the corrections from P0 to P4

We triage every finding by how much it moves your score against how hard it is to do. You get an ordered register, most valuable first, not an undifferentiated list of everything wrong. On Tier 2 and above this becomes a full P0 to P4 remediation roadmap you could hand to any competent team, including your own.

  6. 06

A specialist writes and reviews it, then dates and ships it

A technical specialist reads the raw signals, writes the narrative, and reviews the whole diagnostic before delivery. Your document is dated and carries its engine set and locale, so it is a true baseline the next reading can be measured against. Nothing reaches you that a specialist has not read end to end.

What is included

What is delivered

  • The Machine-Readiness Score, one figure from 0 to 100, with a sub-score for each of the four pillars: Classic Search, AI Answers and Share-of-Answer, Reputation and Sentiment, and Technical Foundation.
  • A frozen panel of your real buyer questions, locked for the run so the reading is repeatable and the competitor comparison is fair.
  • AI-answer sampling across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, run many times per engine and reported as appearance rates with confidence bands, each stamped with engine, locale and date.
  • Named competitors scored on the identical question panel, with the comparison group disclosed.
  • Technical Foundation checks against published standards: Core Web Vitals field thresholds, indexation and crawl hygiene, rendering path, HTTPS and canonical consistency, and schema parsing.
  • A Reputation and Sentiment read from live reviews and ratings across the profiles that decide who gets chosen locally.
  • A prioritized findings register, most valuable correction first, ranked by impact against effort.
  • A specialist-written summary in plain English, dated and reviewed before delivery, not a raw tool export.
  • Optional individual intelligence modules from $179 for one surface, competitor, or entity read in depth rather than the full four-pillar score.

The outcome

What it moves

  • A single Machine-Readiness Score from 0 to 100, with the four pillars always shown beneath it, so you can see at a glance which surface earns attention and which quietly loses it.
  • A clear read of your Share-of-Answer inside AI engines, reported as a rate with a confidence band and stamped with the engine, locale and date, so you know whether you appear where buyers now look.
  • Named competitors scored on the exact same buyer questions, so the comparison is like-for-like and the gap is visible, not asserted.
  • A prioritized findings register that tells you which correction to do first, ranked by impact against effort, rather than a flat list of everything imperfect.
  • A dated baseline you own, so any future work can be measured as movement against a real starting number instead of a hunch.
  • Enough clarity to brief any vendor, including us, on exactly what to fix, or to confirm you are already in good shape.

Pricing

What can be priced and started

Five ways to buy the diagnostic, from a single-surface read to a full ten-day intelligence engagement. Every tier returns a Machine-Readiness Score with its four pillars shown beneath it and a specialist-written summary. The higher tiers add depth of competitor and market reading and, from Tier 2 up, a full remediation roadmap.

Single-Surface Audit. One surface read in depth, whichever you most need: Classic Search, the AI-answer surface, Reputation, or Technical Foundation. The fastest way to test a single suspicion, for example whether you appear in AI answers at all, without committing to the full score.$179 to $199
Tier 1 Machine-Readiness Score. The full four-pillar Machine-Readiness Score with your named competitors scored on the same buyer-question panel, delivered in three days. It is where nearly every relationship with us begins, and the natural place to start. You get the number, the four pillars, and the top-line findings.$249
Tier 2 Diagnostic. A deeper diagnostic with a full P0 to P4 remediation roadmap, delivered in five days. Beyond the score, you get the ordered, hand-off-ready plan of exactly what to fix, in what order, with the reasoning for each priority. Built for owners who intend to act, whether with us or without us.$749
Tier 3 Intelligence Engagement. A full intelligence engagement with a competitor and market read, delivered in ten days. The Machine-Readiness Score plus a strategic reading of your competitive set and the market you compete in, the depth of reading you want before committing to any significant retainer.$1,499

Questions about Surface Intelligence Audit

You are based overseas. Does an audit from India actually understand my US market?

We build the panel from your real US buyer questions, run it against US engine results at the stated locale, and score it against your named US competitors. Locale is a measured input, not an accent. The firm, RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, bills in USD, and every reading is stamped with the exact locale and engine set it was taken against, so you can see the market it was measured in rather than take it on faith.

Is this just a report some tool spat out?

No. A technical specialist assembles the question panel, reads the raw signals from every pillar, writes the narrative, and reviews the whole diagnostic before it reaches you. Technology speeds and sharpens that judgment, it does not replace it. A technical specialist directs every engagement and reviews it before delivery. The deliverable itself shows its working: the disclosed panel, the dated samples, and the reasoning behind each priority are things a bare tool export never contains.

Can I verify the read myself?

Yes. Every part of it is checkable before you commit a dollar. The method is published in full on the methodologies page, so you can inspect exactly how the Machine-Readiness Score is constructed before you buy. A technical specialist with years of hands-on work in search and AI visibility reads and reviews every audit. It is a low-cost, one-time diagnostic, not a retainer, and the risk reversal is plain: if it surfaces no actionable finding, there is no charge.

Why is it priced here, when I can find a cheap audit online?

A gig-marketplace audit gives you a tool export. This audit gives you a named specialist reading your specific visibility across the AI-answer surface most cheap audits never touch, your competitors scored on identical questions, and a prioritized plan of what to fix first. The price sits deliberately above the marketplace floor because sub-floor pricing signals the churn-and-burn work most owners are trying to avoid. For a single surface read, the Single-Surface Audit starts at $179.

How do you actually measure whether I show up in AI answers?

We freeze your real buyer questions and run each across each engine many times, then report how often you appear as an appearance rate with a confidence band, stamped with the engine, locale and date, because all three change the result. We treat the AI-answer pillar as the most uncertain and show it with the widest band. Engines also differ sharply in how often they cite anyone at all: one 2026 analysis reported by DigitalApplied found Perplexity cited sources in roughly 97 percent of answers versus about 16 percent for ChatGPT, which is exactly why we sample per engine rather than checking once.

Will the audit guarantee me rankings or AI citations?

No. AI Overview selection is undocumented and volatile, engine behavior changes, and search results personalize, so no one can promise that. The audit measures your present position, ranks the corrections that move it most, and reports with variance. We commit to method and measurement, never to a promised number.

What exactly is guaranteed, then?

One thing, and it is about the diagnostic, not about outcomes: if the audit surfaces no actionable finding, you do not pay. That is a risk reversal on the usefulness of the work. There is no guarantee of a rank, a citation, or a traffic figure, because those depend on engines nobody controls. What we guarantee is that the reading is dated, disclosed, and reviewed by a specialist before it reaches you.

How is the Machine-Readiness Score different from a domain-authority number?

A domain-authority number is a single third-party estimate of link strength. The Machine-Readiness Score is a composite of four measured pillars, Classic Search, AI Answers and Share-of-Answer, Reputation and Sentiment, and Technical Foundation, normalized to one figure from 0 to 100 with the pillars always shown beneath it. It measures whether buyers can find and choose you across the surfaces they actually use, not just your link profile, and we document its construction rather than hide it.
