Demand Generation
A Google Ads account built to convert, with tracking you can actually trust
For US small and mid-size businesses, med-spas, home services, dental and solo-legal practices, that are ready to spend on Google Ads and want the account built right the first time, with Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Video assembled as one accountable system and conversion tracking that can actually be trusted.
Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.
What this is
The Google Ads Setup Sprint is a fixed, coordinated build that stands up your entire Google Ads account as one accountable system. Instead of launching a lone Search campaign and hoping, our specialists design your account architecture, then build Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Video in the right sequence, wired to a single clean conversion tracking layer so every campaign type feeds and learns from the same trustworthy data. It is a sprint, not a retainer: a defined engagement with a clear start and a launch-ready account at the end, directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before any money goes live. Your ad spend always belongs to you, paid directly to Google, never marked up and never counted as our revenue. The outcome is a properly structured, correctly tracked, policy-clean account that is ready to spend from day one and ready to be managed or scaled, rather than a tangle that needs unpicking three months in.
The problem
Why this matters now
Most Google Ads accounts are not built, they accrete. You launch one Search campaign to get started, add a Performance Max campaign because Google's rep suggested it, bolt on Shopping when the store goes live, and never touch Video. Each piece gets set up in isolation by a different person on a different day, so they compete against each other for the same searches, split your budget in ways nobody decided on purpose, and report numbers that do not add up. The account works on paper and leaks money in practice.
Underneath almost all of it sits broken measurement. Conversion tracking is the single most common thing done wrong, and when it is wrong every downstream decision is wrong with it. Smart Bidding optimizes toward whatever it is told a conversion is, so a double-counted form, an untracked phone call, or a thank-you page that fires on every visit quietly teaches Google's automation to buy the wrong clicks. Bidding to a target measured incorrectly cannot work, and a good campaign cannot be told from a bad one when the counter itself is lying.
There is also a real timing trap. Every new campaign enters a learning phase and needs conversion volume to stabilize, and Google's own guidance is that an ad group generating fewer than roughly fifteen conversions a month may never give the algorithm enough data to learn from. Launching four campaign types badly, all at once, all starving each other of data and signal, can burn a month of your budget before the account has learned anything at all. The order campaigns are built in, and the tracking they are built on, decide whether that budget teaches the system or just disappears.
The Setup Sprint exists to make your account a deliberate build rather than an accident. One architecture, the campaign types assembled in a sequence that reinforces rather than cannibalizes, and one measurement layer proven correct before a dollar is spent, so your account starts clean instead of needing a rescue.
How it works
The mechanism, made checkable
- 01
Phase 1: Architecture and account foundation
Before a single campaign is created, we design your account: how your services or products map to campaigns, where Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Video each fit, how budget is meant to flow between them, and where the guardrails go. We set up billing, time zone and currency correctly the first time, and connect the account to Google Analytics and, for stores, to Google Merchant Center. This is the deliberate blueprint that stops your four campaign types from competing against each other later.
- 02
Phase 2: The measurement layer, proven before any spend
We build one clean conversion tracking layer and prove it works before any money goes live. We define and de-duplicate your primary conversion actions, capture form fills and calls, and implement enhanced conversions, sending SHA-256-hashed first-party data alongside each conversion to recover signal lost to cookie restrictions, wired to respect consent. Google reports that enhanced conversions recover roughly 5 to 10 percent of otherwise lost conversions on average. Every campaign type is built on this same layer so all of them learn from the same proven number.
- 03
Phase 3: Build Search and Shopping, the intent-capturing core
This phase builds the campaigns that catch people already looking. We structure Search in tightly themed ad groups, a practical 5 to 15 keywords sharing one intent, with responsive search ads written by a specialist, a negative-keyword foundation, and a bidding strategy matched to your actual conversion volume rather than a default. Where you sell products, we build Shopping on a clean Merchant Center feed so your catalog is eligible and accurate. These capture the demand that already exists before the net is widened.
- 04
Phase 4: Layer in Performance Max and Video, the reach and scale
With your intent core in place and tracking proven, we add the campaigns that create and capture demand across Google's full inventory. We build Performance Max with real asset groups, audience signals and account-level exclusions so it complements rather than quietly poaches your Search traffic. We set up Video on YouTube where it fits your goal. Because these ride on the same measurement layer and sit inside the deliberate architecture, they add reach without corrupting your data or cannibalizing the core.
- 05
Phase 5: Policy, safety and launch readiness
Before anything can spend, your account runs through a compliance and safety pass: ad policy review for your vertical, correct handling for any restricted category, conversion double-count checks, budget caps and shared budgets set so nothing runs away, and a final tracking validation. A technical specialist reviews the whole account against a launch checklist. Nothing goes live until the account is clean, correct and safe to spend.
- 06
Phase 6: Handover and the first-30-days plan
Handover includes your fully documented account, owned outright, a written map of what was built and why, and a plain-English plan for the first thirty days, what to watch, what the learning phase will look like, and when the numbers become trustworthy. The sprint ends with a launch-ready system and a clear path, whether you run it in-house, move it to a management retainer, or scale it later.

The outcome
What it moves
- One deliberately structured Google Ads account where Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Video work as a single system instead of four campaigns competing for the same budget and the same searches.
- A conversion tracking layer proven correct before spend begins, so Smart Bidding learns from a proven number and every performance decision after launch rests on trustworthy data.
- Enhanced conversions and consent-aware measurement wired in from the start, recovering signal lost to cookie restrictions instead of leaving it on the table.
- A launch-ready account that has cleared an ad-policy and safety review for your vertical, with budget caps and guardrails set so nothing can run away with your budget.
- Full ownership of the account and the assets, documented so you understand exactly what was built and why, with no dependency and no lock-in.
- A clear first-30-days plan that sets out what the learning phase looks like and when the numbers become reliable, removing the guesswork in the weeks that matter most.
What you get
What you get, and how it is priced
The Setup Sprint is scaled to the build it has to deliver, because a single-location service business that needs Search plus Video is a different build from a store that needs Search, Shopping and Performance Max feeding off a live product catalog. Every sprint starts with a scoping call and an account and tracking review, and the exact deliverables are confirmed in writing before the build begins. What follows is the sequence the sprint runs, what it assembles, and the levels it comes in.
| Search Starter. For businesses whose demand is people actively searching, service businesses, practices and single-location shops. We build the account foundation, the full clean tracking layer with enhanced conversions, and a properly structured Search build with specialist-written ads and a negative foundation. Video is added where it supports the goal. The fastest way to launch on solid ground. Scoped after your call and confirmed in writing. | Quoted |
| Full-Funnel Growth. For businesses ready to run intent capture and demand generation together. Everything in Search Starter plus a properly built Performance Max campaign with real asset groups, audience signals and the exclusions that keep it from poaching your Search traffic, and Video on YouTube. The complete four-type account, sequenced so the parts reinforce each other. Scoped to your business, quoted as a single fixed figure. | Quoted |
| Commerce Scale. For stores that sell products online. Everything in Full-Funnel Growth plus a clean Google Merchant Center feed and Shopping campaigns built on top of it, so your catalog is eligible, accurate and shoppable across Search, Shopping and Performance Max. The full commerce account, assembled and tracked as one system. Scope and figure confirmed in writing before we build. | Quoted |
You see the full deliverables and cadence first, then a price built for your business, confirmed in writing.

Questions about Google Ads Setup Sprint
How is this different from just hiring someone to make me a Google Ads campaign?
A single campaign is one piece. The Setup Sprint builds your whole account as a coordinated system: the architecture that decides how the campaign types relate, the measurement layer they all share, and Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Video assembled in a sequence so they reinforce each other instead of competing. The most common failure in Google Ads is four campaign types set up in isolation, all fighting for the same budget on top of broken tracking. This sprint exists specifically to prevent that.
Is my ad budget included in the price?
No, and that separation is deliberate and permanent. The scoped fee covers building the account. Your ad spend is entirely your own money, paid directly to Google at cost. We never mark it up, never take a cut from it, and it is never our revenue. Full control of budget and billing stays with you. We build the machine correctly; what you feed into it afterward is your own decision.
Can you guarantee a return on my ad spend, or a certain number of leads?
No. Results depend on your budget, offer, pricing, your website and a live auction that no agency controls. What we guarantee is the build: a correctly structured account, tracking proven accurate before launch, and a policy-clean system ready to spend. A well-built account gives your budget the best possible chance. It does not, and cannot, come with a promised number attached.
Why does conversion tracking get so much attention in the build?
Because Smart Bidding optimizes toward whatever it is told a conversion is, and if that signal is wrong, Google's automation spends your budget chasing the wrong clicks. Double-counted forms, untracked calls or a thank-you page that fires on every visit will quietly train the system in the wrong direction. We build one clean tracking layer, de-duplicate the conversions, add enhanced conversions to recover signal lost to cookie restrictions, and prove the whole layer works before a dollar is spent, because every decision the account makes afterward rests on that number.
Do I own the account, or do you keep control of it?
Ownership sits entirely with you. The account is created under your own name, billing stays in your hands, and everything built remains your property regardless of what happens afterward. Handover includes written documentation of the whole account and a first-30-days plan. Whether you then run the account in-house, place it on a management retainer, or hand it to someone else, it belongs to you.
What happens after the sprint ends? Is this a monthly commitment?
The sprint is a defined, one-time build with a clear finish: a launch-ready account and a plan. It is not a retainer and it does not auto-roll into one. Many businesses run the account themselves at first using the handover plan, then move to a management retainer once ongoing optimization is wanted as the learning phase settles. That is a separate, optional decision you make after seeing the account work, never a condition of the build.
My business is in a sensitive category. Can you still set this up compliantly?
Yes. Part of the build is an ad-policy review for your specific vertical, and we handle restricted categories correctly rather than getting your account suspended a week after launch. Med-spa, dental, legal and home-services advertising each carry their own policy rules, and the build follows them from the start. If a claim or a targeting approach would put your account at risk, we flag it before it goes live, not after.
Is this account going to be a generic template churned out fast?
No. We design the architecture around your own services, a specialist who read your actual offer writes the ads, we build the tracking to your real site and forms, and the whole account is reviewed against a launch checklist before it can spend. Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery. What you get is a deliberate build for your business, not a copy of someone else's account with a different name pasted in.
