Being the local business the map pack and the AI answer both name
For med spas, home-services companies, dental practices and solo legal firms that win or lose on being chosen nearby.
Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.
What this is
The Local Visibility System is our done-for-you program for businesses that get picked, or skipped, close to home. We engineer the four things a nearby buyer's engine reads before it names anyone: an accurate, complete Google Business Profile; identical name, address and phone across every directory and citation source; the relevance and map-pack signals that decide who appears in the local three-pack and in local AI answers; and a compliant system for earning and answering reviews from your real customers only. It is one coordinated build run against your Machine-Readiness Score, not a pile of disconnected listing tasks. The result is a business that reads as one confident entity, shows up cleanly where nearby buyers look, and puts its best face forward the moment someone nearby is choosing. Your reviews come from real customers, never fabricated, under FTC rules and platform policy. A technical specialist directs every engagement and signs it off before delivery. We measure and move your position. We never promise a ranking.
The problem
Why this matters now
A nearby customer asks their phone or an AI assistant for the best med spa, plumber, dentist or attorney near them, and three names come back inside a map pack or a written answer. When you are not one of them, you were not beaten on price or reviews. You were never considered. The decision happened before anyone reached your website.
For a locally chosen business, the Google Business Profile and the reviews are often the whole decision, made inside a map result or an AI summary of local sentiment nobody sees happen. Yet most owners have a profile claimed years ago and forgotten, a name and address that read three different ways across directories, and reviews scattered thin across platforms. Engines cannot resolve which business is which, so they hedge by naming someone clearer.
None of this is a budget problem. It is a consistency and attention problem. The exact signals that decide local visibility, an accurate profile, matching business facts across the web, and legitimate reviews answered in your voice, are the ones a small business is least likely to have anyone maintaining.
And because the same signals now feed both the classic map pack and local AI answers, a gap that used to cost one listing now costs two surfaces at once.
How it works
The mechanism, made checkable
- 01
Read your local surface first
We run your Machine-Readiness Score with weight on the pillars that decide a local decision, Reputation and Sentiment and the local face of Classic Search, then audit your Google Business Profile, your name-address-phone consistency across directories, your map-pack presence across a frozen panel of real buyer questions, and your review profile against the closest local competitors. We set scope in writing from this reading before anything is touched.
- 02
Lock your entity so engines know who you are
We make your business resolve to one unambiguous entity: identical name, address and phone across every directory and citation source, and the correct schema on your site, LocalBusiness for a fixed location or the service-area equivalent for a business that travels, with sameAs links to your verified profiles. Engines will not confidently recommend a business they cannot confidently identify, and entity consistency is the strongest practical lever at work here.
- 03
Engineer your Google Business Profile as a storefront
We correct and complete your profile the way it is actually ranked and read: the single most influential choice is the primary category, supported by accurate secondary categories, complete attributes, service and area definitions, real photos, and the profile fields most owners leave blank. This is the free storefront a nearby buyer sees first, engineered to be complete, accurate and current, not just claimed.
- 04
Build citation and directory consistency
We claim, correct and align your presence across the core universal directories and the niche listings your vertical actually trusts, from Apple Maps and Bing Places to the insurance networks, professional bodies or bar directories that carry outsized weight in your field. The goal is a clean, corroborated set of facts across the web, prioritized for quality and authority, not a scattershot of low-value listings.
- 05
Stand up compliant, real-customer review acquisition and response
We build a system that requests reviews from your real customers at the right moment, monitors what comes in across the platforms that matter, and answers each one in your voice, with a defined path for negative reviews. Reviews are earned from your genuine customers only, never fabricated, incentivized for positivity, or gated to hide criticism, in line with FTC rules and platform policy. Steady, legitimate review velocity is what compounds; manufactured reviews are a liability this work refuses to create.
- 06
Measure, hold and compound
We re-read your Machine-Readiness Score on an agreed cadence, track map-pack presence and review signals over time with variance, and hold your position, because local rankings personalize by proximity, reviews and freshness decay, and AI engines change how they summarize local sentiment month to month. A local win is a position to hold, not a one-time build to shelve.
What is included

- Name, address and phone consistency audit and remediation across every directory and citation source found.
- Core and vertical-specific citation building and cleanup, prioritized for authority and accuracy over raw volume.

The outcome
What it moves
- A Google Business Profile that is complete, accurate and engineered to how local results are actually determined, rather than claimed once and left to drift.
- One consistent business identity across the directories and citation sources engines read, so your name, address and phone resolve to a single confident entity.
- A cleaner, more legitimate presence in the local map pack and in the local answers AI assistants now give, tracked across your own real buyer questions, with the engine, locale and date stamped on every reading.
- A steady flow of reviews from real customers, answered in your voice, with negative reviews handled through a defined recovery path instead of ignored.
- A measured local starting position and a ranked list of the corrections that move it most, so your spend goes to the gap that matters rather than to guesswork.
- A local surface that stays current on cadence, because your profile, your citations and your reviews are maintained rather than abandoned after launch.
What you get
What you get, and how it is priced
The Local Visibility System runs at two levels: a one-time Local Foundation build that fixes and engineers your whole local surface, and an ongoing Local Care retainer that holds and compounds the position, because reviews decay, profiles drift, and competitors keep moving. Both are scoped against your Machine-Readiness Score before any work is committed. Below is what each level covers, how we produce the outcome, and the deliverables inside it.
| Local Foundation (one-time build). The full local surface, fixed and engineered once. Local Machine-Readiness Score read, Google Business Profile optimization, name-address-phone remediation across directories, core and vertical citation building, local schema and entity work, and the stand-up of the real-customer review acquisition and response system. You finish with a corroborated entity, an engineered profile, and a ranked fix list you keep. Best when the profile and listings have drifted and need to be put right before anything is maintained. Scoped in writing against your Machine-Readiness Score. | Quoted |
| Local Care (ongoing retainer). The standing engagement that holds and compounds the position after the build. Continuous profile and citation maintenance, ongoing review acquisition, monitoring and response, map-pack and reputation tracking across your buyer-question panel, and a Machine-Readiness Score re-read with a reviewed report on an agreed cadence. Month to month, no lock-in, cancellable in the same number of steps it took to start. Best when local is where you win and the surface needs someone maintaining it. Scoped in writing. | Quoted |
You see the full deliverables and cadence first, then a price built for your business, confirmed in writing.

Questions about Local Visibility System
You are based overseas. How can you do local visibility for a US business?
Raveneye Global is operated by RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, and billing runs in USD. Local visibility work is engineering: an accurate profile, consistent business facts across the web, and a legitimate review system, all done on your listings and site. A technical specialist directs every engagement and reviews it before delivery, wherever the specialist sits.
Is any of this synthetic or spammy listing activity?
No. The work is expert-led and human-reviewed. We use proprietary technology to read the surface faster and more precisely, but a specialist directs the profile decisions, the citation cleanup, the schema and every review response, and checks the delivery before it ships. We never mass-produce listings, never post filler, and never fabricate a review. Listing spam is exactly the noise that gets a business ignored by engines, which is the opposite of what this work is hired to fix.
How do I know I can trust you with my reputation?
The work is directed and reviewed by a technical specialist with years of hands-on work in search and AI visibility, and this page states plainly how it is produced, which signals we engineer, what we measure, and what we refuse, including that your reviews come from real customers only under FTC and platform rules. The evidence is the Machine-Readiness Score movement we show you directly, and the fix list you keep.
Why is this scoped instead of a fixed price?
Because a local surface is not standard. One business has a clean profile and thin reviews, another has three conflicting addresses across forty directories and a review backlog. Publishing a single number for both would overcharge one business and undercharge the other, and quoting by how expensive a business looks would misprice the job entirely. We publish the full deliverables and cadence here, read your surface, then confirm the exact figure in writing. You see the substance before any number.
How do you measure whether it is working?
We re-read your Machine-Readiness Score on an agreed cadence and track your presence across a frozen panel of real local buyer questions, plus review signals, with the engine, locale and date stamped on each reading. Local rankings personalize by proximity and AI local answers are not deterministic, so we sample a range and report it with variance rather than a single confident number. We report movement, including where it is flat.
Can you get me guaranteed reviews or a guaranteed spot in the map pack?
No. Map-pack placement is driven heavily by proximity and prominence that no firm controls, and reviews must be earned from real customers, never bought, incentivized for positivity, or gated to suppress criticism, per FTC rules. Our commitment is to engineer every signal that can legitimately be moved and to measure the result. We never promise a rank, review count, or citation.
I already have a Google Business Profile. Is that enough?
Having a profile and having an engineered profile are different things. Most claimed profiles are missing the primary-category precision, attributes, services and consistency that decide local results, and their business facts conflict with the directories around them. We audit what exists, correct it, align it with the rest of your local footprint, and tie it into one entity engines can trust. Your profile is your storefront, and most are half-built.
Does this help me in AI answers, or only in Google Maps?
Both, because they increasingly draw on the same signals. The consistent entity, accurate profile and legitimate reviews that lift you in the map pack are also what AI assistants lean on when they summarize local options. We track your presence in local AI answers as part of the read. AI answers remain volatile and undocumented, so we measure share of answer and report it with variance rather than promise it as a citation.
