How is this different from the free Machine-Readiness Score?
The free score is a single number and the two or three gaps behind it, a starting position you can see in minutes. The Digital Footprint Report is the full intelligence picture: your competitors scored beside you, the narrative and psychology of your market, and, at the top tier, where your category is heading and where your budget earns the most. The score tells you where you stand. The report tells you what to do about it and why.
Which tier should I start with?
Most businesses start at Tier 2, the Integrated Insight Report: it carries the full surface read, six competitors, and the sentiment and intent work that explains the numbers. Tier 1 is the right entry when you want a fast, evidenced baseline. Tier 3 is for when a real decision, a budget, a market move, a board question, rides on the answer.
Do you need access to my website or accounts?
No. The report is built from what is publicly visible, the same footprint your customers and the AI engines see. You give us your domain and the competitors you care about, and nothing else.
Are the competitors really scored the same way as me?
Yes. Every competitor is run through the identical read and placed beside you on the same measures, so the comparison is like for like and the gaps are specific to real rivals, not an industry average.
Is every number in the report real?
Every figure is measured, dated, and tied to the benchmark or market we ran it against. Where a reading is sampled, we say so and say how. Nothing in the report is invented to fill a section.
What happens after I read it?
The report is yours, with no obligation to do anything. If it surfaces gaps worth closing, it points to the exact work that closes them, and you can scope that with us or take the findings elsewhere. The intelligence stands on its own.
