Reputation & Trust

Every review profile carrying your name, owned and made to say the same thing

For med spas, home services companies, dental practices and solo legal firms whose listings across Google, Yelp, Apple and the rest have drifted, duplicated, or ended up in someone else's control.

Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.

What this is

Review Platform Claim and Cleanup is a one time project that takes ownership of every review and listing profile carrying your name, corrects what each one says, and aligns them all to a single set of facts. A specialist finds every profile, the ones claimed years ago, the ones a platform generated automatically, and the duplicates hiding under an old address or a former phone number. They claim and verify the ones that should belong to you, merge or retire the duplicates through each platform's proper process, and correct the name, address, phone, hours, categories and website so they match across Google, Yelp, Apple, Bing, Facebook and the directories your field trusts. You finish owning your presence, with one consistent story instead of a scattered, conflicting one. It is groundwork, not review acquisition. Reviews are only ever earned from real customers, never fabricated. Every engagement is directed by a specialist and reviewed before delivery.

The problem

Why this matters now

Most businesses do not have a review presence they control. They have fragments. A Google profile claimed and forgotten, a Yelp page a platform built from third party data, an Apple listing nobody has ever logged into, and two or three duplicates that a customer or a data feed created years ago under an address no longer in use. Each one shows a slightly different name, a different phone number, or hours from a version of your business that no longer exists.

That inconsistency is not cosmetic. Google can treat a listing with a missing suite number or a different phone extension as a separate business entirely, which is how one company ends up with four half live profiles competing with each other. Search engines and AI assistants read these conflicting facts and hedge, naming a competitor whose details resolve cleanly instead of a business they cannot confidently identify.

There is a control problem underneath it. A profile that has never been verified is a profile you cannot fully edit, cannot respond to, and cannot correct when the information goes stale. Worse, an unclaimed or loosely secured listing is the one most exposed to a bad edit, a hijack, or a competitor suggesting a change that goes unnoticed. Your reputation cannot be managed if you do not own it.

And this rarely gets fixed, because it is nobody's job. Claiming a listing means passing each platform's verification, some by phone, some by postcard, some by document review. Merging a duplicate the wrong way can wipe out real review history or trip a suspension. So the profiles sit as they are, quietly telling different stories to every engine and every buyer who looks.

How it works

The mechanism, made checkable

  1. 01

We find every profile carrying your name

A specialist searches your business name, then your phone number, then each address you have used, across Google, Yelp, Apple, Bing, Facebook and the directories your vertical relies on. Searching by phone and old address is how the hidden duplicates surface, the ones tied to a former location or a number long dropped. The result is a full inventory of every profile that exists, who controls it today, and what state it is in.

  2. 02

We decide the single source of truth

For each platform, the profile that becomes the keeper is the one with the most accurate information and the longest, most genuine review history. That decision matters, because merging into the wrong profile can lose real reviews. Keepers, duplicates to merge, and stray listings to retire are mapped out before anything is touched.

  3. 03

We claim and verify what should belong to you

Ownership is taken of the profiles that should be under your control, passing each platform's verification, which can run by phone, email, postcard, or document review depending on the platform and your business. Where a listing was auto generated or claimed by someone else, we work the proper recovery path. You end up holding verified control, which is what allows editing, responding and defending each profile going forward.

  4. 04

We merge duplicates and retire the strays, the safe way

Duplicates you own are merged so Google and the other platforms combine the reviews, photos and history into one listing rather than splitting the signal. Duplicates that cannot be accessed are reported through each platform's official process, a suggested edit or a redressal form, to be marked closed or removed. Nothing is deleted or closed prematurely, because that is how review history and account standing get lost.

  5. 05

We align the facts to one clean record

Your name, address, phone, hours, primary and secondary categories, website and service areas are corrected so they read identically across every profile and match your site. This single consistent record is what lets an engine resolve you to one confident entity instead of hedging across conflicting versions. Consistency across the web is the strongest practical lever at work here.

  6. 06

We hand over the owned, corroborated set

You finish with a documented map of every profile, verified ownership of the ones that are your own, duplicates resolved, and one aligned set of facts across the platforms that matter. Listing accuracy and consistency are captured as a starting reading inside the Reputation and Sentiment pillar of your Machine-Readiness Score, so any later work measures against a real baseline.

What you get

What you get, and how it is priced

This is a defined one time project with a clear end state: full ownership of your listings, and agreement across all of them. A specialist runs it in five stages, from finding every profile to handing over the corrected, corroborated set. Below is what each stage does and what you finish with.

The essential ownership and accuracy project across the major platforms your customers use: full profile audit, claim and verification of your primary profiles, duplicate resolution on Google, and alignment of your core business facts to one consistent record. Best when the listings have drifted and a few duplicates need putting right. Scoped in writing against your Machine-Readiness Score.Quoted
Full Platform Cleanup. The complete project across every platform and directory that carries weight in your field: the full inventory, claim and verification everywhere it applies, duplicate merging and stray listing reporting across Google, Yelp, Apple, Bing and Facebook, vertical directory alignment, and the site cross check. Straight answers

Questions about Review Platform Claim & Cleanup

Is this the same as your review acquisition system?

No, and the difference is the point. This is groundwork. It establishes ownership of your profiles and makes them all say the same thing. It does not request or generate reviews. Once your listings are claimed, clean and consistent, a review acquisition system has a solid foundation to build on, which is why many clients do this first. The two fit together, but this stands on its own.

Will I lose any of my existing reviews when you merge or clean up duplicates?

Protecting your real review history is the whole reason this is done carefully. When duplicate profiles you own are merged, the platform combines the reviews, photos and history into the keeper rather than discarding them. Nothing is deleted or closed prematurely, because that is exactly how review history and account standing get lost. The keeper is chosen as the profile with the strongest genuine history before anything is merged.

What if a profile is claimed by someone else, or I have lost access?

That is common, and it is part of the job. A specialist works each platform's proper recovery and ownership process to get verified control back to you, whether the listing was auto generated by the platform, claimed by a former employee or agency, or built from a third party data feed. Some platforms verify by phone, some by postcard, some by document review. We handle each required route.

Do you create fake or synthetic reviews, or reviews to fill out the new listings?

Never. This project does not touch review content at all, and no review is fabricated, bought or posted under any circumstances. Reviews are earned from real customers only. Fake reviews violate the FTC rule and platform policy and put your profiles at risk of removal. The listings themselves are cleaned and aligned; your existing honest reviews carry over, and any future ones come from genuine customers.

How do you decide which listings to keep and which to remove?

For each platform, the profile identified with the most accurate information and the longest, most genuine review history becomes the keeper. Duplicates you own are merged into it. Listings that cannot be accessed are reported through the platform's official process to be marked closed or removed. Nothing is closed on a hunch, and the full plan is visible before it is acted on.

You bill in USD, but are you overseas?

Raveneye Global operates as RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, and everything is billed in USD with no surprise currency conversion. The work happens on your listings and platforms, wherever the specialist sits. Every engagement is directed by a specialist and reviewed before delivery. We state this plainly because listing ownership touches how you are found, and you should know exactly who stands behind the work.

Why is this a scoped project instead of a fixed price?

Because no two businesses arrive in the same state. One has a clean profile and a single stray duplicate. Another has three conflicting addresses across forty directories, two hijacked listings and a Yelp page nobody has ever logged into. We read your presence, show you the inventory, then confirm the exact figure in writing. The substance is visible before any number.

Once it is cleaned up, will the duplicates come back?

They can. A customer suggesting an edit or a directory feeding old data can recreate a duplicate over time, so listings need periodic re checking. This project establishes a clean, owned starting state and hands you the map to hold it. For ongoing monitoring and maintenance, that is what the local and reputation retainer work is for, and that is where we point you.
