Demand Generation

The clean, consented signal Meta needs to find the right buyers.

For med spas, home services, dental practices, solo-legal firms and local commerce brands running Meta ads on a browser pixel alone, watching reported conversions drift away from what the phone and the calendar say is real.

Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.

What this is

Meta Pixel and Catalog Setup is the scoped, one-time build of the measurement foundation Meta needs to optimize: a correctly installed Pixel, a server-side Conversions API feed, and, where you sell products, a clean catalog wired to its events. A specialist maps the exact actions that matter to you, fires each as a properly named event from both the browser and the server, and stitches the two together with matching event IDs so nothing is double counted. Every event carries the hashed identifiers that lift Event Match Quality, and every event passes through the consent layer first, so a signal only leaves your site when the visitor has agreed. The result is a dataset Meta can trust, a catalog that maps product for product to on-site behavior, and a documented account of exactly what we installed and why. This is the plumbing, built once and built right, that every dollar of later spend depends on.

The problem

Why this matters now

Meta campaigns running on a browser pixel alone are optimizing on half a picture. A browser pixel is the only thing reporting conversions, and browsers are exactly where the signal is leaking out. Apple's App Tracking Transparency, Safari's cookie limits, and ad blockers all strip events before Meta ever sees them, and server-side tracking vendors reported in 2026 that pixel-only setups miss more than half of actual conversions. Meta ends up bidding to reach the wrong people because the events it learns from are incomplete.

The symptom is a widening gap. Your appointment book, your phone log, or your checkout says one thing, and Ads Manager reports another, usually lower, number. When the numbers do not agree, neither can be trusted, and you end up either overspending on campaigns that look worse than they are or scaling ones that look better than they are. Neither is a decision you should make blind.

If you sell products, there is a second leak. Dynamic and Advantage+ catalog ads only work when Meta can match the item a person viewed to a live product in your catalog. A stale feed with broken images, missing prices, or out-of-stock items quietly drags down everything downstream, and Meta can penalize or warn accounts whose catalog data does not match the site.

The fixes people reach for create their own risk. Firing a pixel on a medical or legal site without a proper consent gate can leak sensitive information you are legally required to protect. In August 2025 Swedish regulators fined pharmacy chains 15 million euros for sharing health data through the Meta Pixel without explicit consent. We build the foundation for accuracy and for compliance at the same time, or we do not build it.

How it works

The mechanism, made checkable

  1. 01

Map the events that actually matter

Before touching code, a specialist works out the short list of actions worth tracking for your business, a booking, a call, a form, an add-to-cart, a purchase, and nothing padded for show. Each becomes a standard Meta event with a clear name and the parameters it should carry. Tracking everything is how accounts end up with noise Meta cannot learn from, so we track what drives revenue and leave the rest alone.

  2. 02

Install the Pixel correctly, then prove it fires

We place the base Pixel and each event so they fire on the real action and not on a page load that only looks like one. We then verify every event in Meta's Events Manager and Test Events, confirm parameters are intact, and check that a booking counts once, not three times. A pixel that fires on the wrong trigger is worse than none, because it teaches Meta the wrong lesson.

  3. 03

Add the Conversions API as a server-side backbone

The browser is where signal dies, so we send the same events server-side through the Conversions API, the durable path that survives ATT, Safari and ad blockers. Meta's own April 2026 data reported advertisers with a web Conversions API setup saw on average a 17.8 percent lower cost per result than pixel-only accounts. We wire it through the method that fits your stack, a tag manager, a partner integration, or a direct server endpoint.

  4. 04

Deduplicate so browser and server agree

Run a Pixel and the Conversions API together and Meta can see the same purchase twice. We pass a matching event ID on both paths so Meta's 48-hour deduplication window collapses them into one true event. Done right, the setup delivers the coverage of server-side tracking without the inflation of double counting, which is the single most common way a hybrid setup quietly lies to whoever reads the numbers.

  5. 05

Raise Event Match Quality the legitimate way

Meta scores how well it can match events to real people from 1 to 10. Pixel-only setups commonly sit in the 3.5 to 5.0 range, while enriched server-side setups reach 7.5 to 9.0 (industry setup guides, 2026). We lift your score the legitimate way, by hashing and sending the identifiers a visitor has consented to share, email, phone, IP and user agent, never by inferring or scraping data the person never gave.

  6. 06

Build the catalog and gate everything on consent

Where you sell products, we build a Commerce Manager catalog from a clean feed, unique stable IDs, accurate titles, prices and in-stock status, images that meet Meta's spec, with product IDs mapped to the event content IDs so catalog ads can match. Across all of it, a consent gate sits in front: an event only leaves your site once the visitor agrees, with Limited Data Use signaled for applicable US states and nothing fired at all where consent is required and absent.

What is included

What is delivered

  • An event plan naming each action worth tracking, the standard Meta event it maps to, and the parameters it will carry
  • Base Pixel and event installation across the site, verified firing in Events Manager and Test Events
  • Conversions API installation server-side through the method that fits your stack, tag manager, partner integration, or direct endpoint
  • Event ID deduplication across browser and server so the same conversion is never counted twice
  • Advanced Matching configured to send only hashed, consented identifiers to lift Event Match Quality
  • A Commerce Manager product catalog built from a clean feed and mapped to the event content IDs, where products are in scope
  • A consent gate wiring the Pixel and Conversions API to your consent management platform, with Limited Data Use signaling for applicable US states
  • Sensitive-vertical safeguards for medical, dental and legal sites, so protected information is never transmitted
  • A written setup document listing every event, parameter, integration and consent rule installed, handed over to keep

The outcome

What it moves

  • A measurement foundation Meta can trust, with conversions arriving from both the browser and the server and deduplicated into one accurate count
  • A meaningful recovery of the events that ATT, Safari and ad blockers were stripping out of a browser-only pixel
  • A higher, legitimately earned Event Match Quality score, so Meta's optimization is learning from richer, better-matched signal
  • If you sell products, a live catalog that maps product for product to on-site events, so dynamic and Advantage+ catalog ads can actually match
  • A consent-gated setup that only sends data a visitor has agreed to share, with sensitive-vertical safeguards built in from the start
  • A documented record of every event, parameter and integration installed, so you own the foundation and any future team can read it

What you get

What you get, and how it is priced

Setup is scoped to your surface. A single-location practice tracking one booking action off a hosted site is a very different build from a multi-step store on a custom stack that needs a full catalog, add-to-cart and purchase events, and a server-side feed through a tag manager or a cloud endpoint. We size the work to your platform, the number of events that genuinely matter, your consent stack, and whether a product catalog needs building and maintaining. The figure is confirmed in writing before anything is installed.

Questions about Meta Pixel & Catalog Setup

Who builds and verifies this setup?

A specialist directs and reviews every engagement before delivery. Software helps install and verify events; the event plan, the deduplication logic, the consent rules and the check that each event fires on the right action are human expert work.

Do I still need the Pixel if I have the Conversions API?

Yes, and Meta recommends running both. The Pixel captures rich browser context, and the Conversions API captures the events browsers now strip out through ATT, Safari and ad blockers. Run together with matching event IDs, they deduplicate into one accurate count, delivering fuller coverage without inflating the number. Pixel or server alone each leaves a real gap.

You are billed from an overseas team. Does that matter for a Meta setup?

Raveneye Global is operated by RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, and everything is billed in USD with no surprise conversion. A technical specialist directs and reviews the work. A Meta Pixel and Conversions API build is judged on whether events fire correctly, deduplicate cleanly and respect consent, which is the same standard wherever the specialist sits.

Will this leak sensitive data on my medical, dental or legal site?

Not the way we build it. Regulated sites are exactly where a careless pixel becomes a liability. In August 2025 Swedish regulators fined pharmacy chains 15 million euros for sharing health data through the Meta Pixel without explicit consent. We gate every event behind consent, disable inference of sensitive attributes, and send only the fact that a conversion happened, never the procedure, condition or matter.

How is this different from managing my Meta ads?

This is the one-time foundation, not the ongoing buy. We install and verify the Pixel, the Conversions API and the catalog so the signal Meta learns from is clean and complete. Managing campaigns, budget and creative is a separate engagement with a separate management fee. Ad spend is always separate again: you pay it to Meta directly, we never mark it up, and it is never counted as Raveneye Global's revenue.

Can you promise this will improve my results?

A correct, verified, consent-compliant foundation is what setup work delivers. We do not promise a specific return; later performance measurement uses incrementality, iROAS and MER rather than last-click ROAS presented as truth. Better signal gives Meta a better chance to optimize, but your offer, your market and your spend decide the outcome.

What does Event Match Quality actually do, and how do you raise it?

It is Meta's 1 to 10 score for how well it can match events to real profiles, and a higher score means more of your conversion data reaches the optimization system. We raise it the legitimate way, by hashing and sending the identifiers a visitor has consented to share, such as email, phone, IP and user agent, never by scraping or inferring data the person did not give, because that is both a compliance and a trust failure.

Why is this scoped instead of a fixed price?

Because a Meta setup depends entirely on your surface. A single booking event on a hosted site is a small build; a multi-step store needing a full catalog, server-side events and strict consent controls is a large one. We publish the deliverables, then quote the exact figure after a short scoping call once we have seen your platform and event set. Publishing one number for every business would be a fiction.
