A brand, site and store launched as one engineered presence, not three loose projects

For owners of US small and mid-size businesses launching or relaunching, med spas, home services, dental and solo legal practices that need a brand, a fast findable website and, where they sell online, a store, all standing up together to one standard instead of being bought piecemeal and stitched together later.

Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.

What this is

The Digital Presence Bundle is our coordinated package for standing up your brand, website and commerce infrastructure together, as one engineered launch or relaunch rather than three separate projects bought apart and stitched together afterward. We sequence the work in the order your assets actually depend on each other: we settle your identity first, engineer your site on that identity to a documented technical standard, and, where you sell online, build commerce into the same foundation so nothing has to be retrofitted. Every asset resolves to one canonical entity, so search engines and AI answer engines read a single, consistent business from the first day you go live. The result is a complete, owned digital presence that launches on one timeline, to one standard, with a technical floor solid enough for visibility work to build a Machine-Readiness Score on. We agree scope in writing before any work begins, and a technical specialist directs and reviews every deliverable before delivery.

The problem

Why this matters now

Most businesses assemble their online presence in pieces, and the pieces do not agree. A logo comes from one designer, the website from a template shop, the store from a plugin, the copy from whoever had time. Each was made in isolation, so the brand on your homepage does not match the brand on your checkout, your site was never built to be read by an engine, and your business name, address and details are spelled three different ways across your assets. What looks like a presence is actually a pile of disconnected parts.

The cost of that shows up later and quietly. When you settle your identity after the site is already built, the site has to be reworked to carry it. When commerce is bolted on to a template that was never engineered for it, your store is slow and your product pages are thin. And because nothing resolved to one canonical business, the search engines and AI answer engines that decide who gets named see an inconsistent, low-trust entity rather than a single credible one. You pay for your presence once, then pay again to make the parts fit.

A launch or a relaunch is the one moment when all of this can be set right at the source, because nothing has been built yet to work around. Sequenced correctly, your identity informs your site, your site is engineered to a real technical standard, your store is built into the same foundation, and every asset points at one entity. Done as three separate purchases on three timelines, that sequence is impossible, and the mismatch is baked in before you ever open.

The Digital Presence Bundle exists for exactly that moment. We treat brand, site and commerce as one dependent chain, build them in the order they rely on each other, and hand you a complete presence that agrees with itself and reads cleanly to every engine, ready for the visibility work that comes next.

How it works

The mechanism, made checkable

  1. 01

One diagnosis, one written scope for the whole launch

Before anything is built, a technical specialist reads your whole starting position at once: what brand assets exist and whether they hold up, what your current site is and does, whether you sell online and how, and how consistently you are represented across the web today. From that single reading, we scope brand, site and commerce as one engagement with one sequence and one timeline, confirmed in writing. You are buying a coordinated launch, so we plan it as one, not as three quotes that happen to arrive together.

  2. 02

We settle your identity first, because everything downstream carries it

We decide your brand before the build begins: the positioning and message, the voice, the mark and the core visual system, at the depth your launch actually needs. This comes first on purpose. A site engineered before the identity is settled has to be reworked to carry it later, which is where separately bought presences bleed money. Locking the identity up front means we build the site and the store to it once, not retrofit them to it twice.

  3. 03

We engineer the site on that identity to a documented standard

We build your website server-first, so search crawlers and AI engines read clean, complete HTML on the first request rather than an empty shell waiting for scripts. We engineer it against the Core Web Vitals field thresholds Google measures, Largest Contentful Paint at or under 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint at or under 200 milliseconds and Cumulative Layout Shift at or under 0.1 at the 75th percentile of real users, build it to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and harden it to current OWASP practice. The identity we settled in the previous step is what the site is dressed in, so the two ship as one asset.

  4. 04

We build commerce into the same foundation, not on top of it

Where you sell online, we engineer your store into the same server-rendered, fast, secure foundation rather than bolt it on as a plugin afterward. We build product and category pages to convert and to be legible to the AI shopping agents buyers increasingly use, engineer checkout to the same performance and security standard as the rest of the site, and connect payments, inventory and the storefront cleanly. Because commerce shares the foundation, it does not drag your site down the way a retrofitted store does.

  5. 05

We resolve every asset to one canonical entity

Across your brand, your site and your store, we make your business name, address, contact details and core facts consistent, engineer structured data per page type, and tie everything to one designated entity home. The point is that a search engine or an AI answer engine reads a single, coherent, trustworthy business from launch day, instead of three assets that describe three slightly different companies. This is the work that turns a set of parts into a presence an engine can identify.

  6. 06

    Coordinated launch, verification and handover

Your whole presence goes live on one plan. Before it does, we measure the build against its own budgets: field and lab performance, an accessibility audit, a security review, and a crawl-and-render check that confirms every engine reads your site and your store cleanly. You receive the working assets, the brand guideline, the documentation, and a foundation deliberately built so that Search Surface Optimization can start reading and moving your Machine-Readiness Score immediately, with no rework in between.

What is included

What is delivered

  • A brand identity foundation scoped to your launch: positioning and message, voice, the mark and logo system, and the core visual system, settled before the build begins
  • A server-rendered website engineered to the documented standard, Core Web Vitals field thresholds, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and current OWASP security, dressed in the identity above rather than a stock theme
  • Core pages written answer-first by a specialist, so your site is legible to buyers and to the engines that read it, not filler copy dropped into a template
  • Commerce infrastructure where you sell online: a storefront and product pages engineered to convert and to be buyable by AI shopping agents, on the same fast, secure foundation as the site
  • Structured data engineered per page type and tied into one coherent entity graph, so every asset resolves to a single canonical business
  • Consistent business facts, name, address, contact details and core information, made to match across every asset and a designated entity home
  • Clean integration of the systems you run on: booking, CRM, lead routing, payments, analytics and consent, connected as one governed asset
  • A coordinated launch verification: field and lab performance, an accessibility audit, a security review, and a crawl-and-render check confirming every engine reads the presence
  • Full documentation, the brand guideline, and handover, with the foundation prepared so Search Surface Optimization can start on a Machine-Readiness Score without rework

The outcome

What it moves

  • A complete digital presence, brand, site and, where you sell, store, launched on one timeline and to one standard, instead of three purchases you have to force to fit later
  • A brand, a website and a checkout that agree with each other, so a buyer meets the same business at every step rather than a homepage and a store that look like two different companies
  • One canonical entity that search engines and AI answer engines read consistently from launch day, rather than three assets spelling your business three different ways
  • A site and store engineered to Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.2 AA and current OWASP security from the first day they are live, not a template that fails those bars by default
  • A technical and entity foundation deliberately built so visibility work can begin immediately, with no rebuild between launching your presence and starting to move a Machine-Readiness Score
  • An owned set of assets, documented and handed over with no lock-in, that you control outright rather than rent from a page builder

What you get

What you get, and how it is priced

We scope the Digital Presence Bundle, and never sell it as a fixed number, because a launch is defined by what you are launching. A brand-new business with nothing in place needs a different sequence from an established one relaunching a tired site with a store attached. Every engagement starts with one diagnosis of what exists and what is missing, and we confirm scope in writing before any work begins. Below is what the package assembles, the order we build it in, and the levels it comes in.

Launch Essentials. The brand foundation plus a focused, server-rendered marketing site: the identity settled first, then core pages built to the full Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.2 AA and security standard with schema per page type. The right level for a service business that needs to be found, understood and chosen, but does not sell online. Deliverables and timeline are set after your diagnosis and confirmed in writing before work begins.Quoted
Full Presence. Everything in Launch Essentials plus commerce built into the same foundation and the systems the business runs on, booking, CRM, payments, lead routing, analytics and consent, connected cleanly. The identity, the site and the store engineered and launched as one asset, resolving to one canonical entity. The right level for a launch or relaunch that has to inform and to sell. Scoped to your integrations, page count and catalog.Quoted
Presence, Ready for Visibility. The Full Presence build with the entity, schema and content foundation tuned and scoped so that a Search Surface Optimization engagement can begin reading and moving a Machine-Readiness Score the moment the presence is live, with no gap and no rework between launch and visibility work. The right level when the goal is to start being found and cited straight away. Scope and handoff confirmed in writing at onboarding.Quoted

You see the full deliverables and cadence first, then a price built for your business, confirmed in writing.

Straight answers

Questions about The Digital Presence Bundle

How is this different from just buying a logo, a website and a store separately?

Sequence and coherence. Bought separately, each part is made in isolation, so the brand on your site does not match the brand on your checkout, the site was engineered before the identity existed and has to be reworked to carry it, the store is bolted on as a plugin, and nothing resolves to one canonical business. We build the bundle in the order the parts depend on each other, identity first, then the site engineered on it, then commerce into the same foundation, all pointing at one entity. The result is a presence that agrees with itself and reads cleanly to every engine, instead of three parts you then pay again to make fit.

Do we own everything, or are we locked into you?

Everything is owned outright: we hand over the brand assets and guideline, the site, the store, the code and the documentation, with no lock-in. You are free to run it independently, keep Raveneye Global on for maintenance and visibility work, or take it to another team.

Is this a synthetic, churned-out presence, or real craft?

It is real craft, directed by a person and sharpened by better tooling. A technical specialist settles your identity, locks the site specification, makes the architecture decisions and reviews every asset before it ships. Proprietary tooling makes that expert work faster and more precise; it does not replace the judgement. A technical specialist directs and reviews every engagement before delivery.

You are based overseas. Who actually does the work, and does that matter for a US business?

Raveneye Global, operated by RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, bills in USD and serves US businesses. A technical specialist directs and reviews every engagement before delivery. We hold the work to documented, testable standards, so the proof is the presence meeting its budgets, field Core Web Vitals, an accessibility audit, a security review and a crawl-and-render check are all part of the handover. What you buy is an engineering standard and a coordinated launch, not a time zone.

We do not sell online. Is this still for us?

Yes. Commerce is a component, not a requirement. If you do not sell online, the Launch Essentials level gives you the brand foundation and a server-rendered marketing site built to the same performance, accessibility and security standard, with the commerce build simply left out of scope. We never charge for a store you do not need, and the scope reflects exactly what you are actually launching.

Will this presence get us found in search and AI answers?

It gives that work a foundation it cannot succeed without. A fast, server-rendered, accessible, well-structured presence that resolves to one canonical entity is what lets engines index and parse your business at all, and the index is the substrate: a page that is not crawled and rendered cannot appear in a classic result or an AI answer. But being eligible is not the same as being chosen. Moving the content, authority and answer surfaces is Search Surface Optimization, a separate coordinated program that stands on this foundation. This engagement builds the ground; we never claim the launch alone wins the answer.

What do you guarantee?

We guarantee the standard, not the market's response. We commit in writing to build the presence to its performance, accessibility and security budgets and to show that it meets them at handover. We promise no ranking, traffic figure, AI citation or sales number, because those depend on engine behavior and buyer behavior no firm controls. We measure the work, build it to standard, and report what we find.

Why is this scoped instead of a fixed price on the page?

Because a launch is defined by what you are launching. A new business with nothing in place, a service firm relaunching without a store, and an established brand replatforming a full catalog are three very different bodies of work, and one published number for all of them would either overcharge the simple case or under-deliver the hard one. We publish the deliverables and the standard, diagnose your starting position, then quote the exact figure in writing.
