Conversion & Lead Capture
Every new page ships on-brand and fast, without rebuilding it from scratch
For growing businesses whose site keeps adding pages, where each new one is a fresh guess at the right color, spacing, button and heading instead of a reused decision.
Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.
What this is
A Design System Starter is the reusable foundation we build your growing website on: a set of named design tokens for color, type, spacing, radius and elevation, plus a lean library of the core components those tokens drive, buttons, forms, cards, navigation and section blocks. It turns your brand from a document people interpret into a working kit people assemble from. A specialist takes your identity, encodes each decision once as a token, then builds the handful of components your site actually repeats, so a new page is put together from parts that are already correct rather than styled again by hand. The outcome is speed and consistency at the same time: your future pages, landing pages and campaigns look like one business and go live faster, because the look is decided in one place and reused everywhere. It is the connective layer between your brand on paper and a site that keeps growing without drifting. We set scope to how far your site has to stretch, then put it in writing before any commitment.
The problem
Why this matters now
Your brand exists, and the site looks fine today. The problem shows up on page seven. Each new page picks a slightly different blue, a heading a few pixels off, a button that is not quite the last button, because the decisions live in a designer's memory and a pile of one-off files, not in a single reusable source. The site drifts one page at a time, and nobody notices until it all looks a little inconsistent at once.
It is also slow in a way that costs you money. Every new landing page, service page or campaign starts near zero, because there is nothing to assemble from. The same spacing, the same card, the same form get re-decided for the tenth time, and each rebuild is another chance for the brand to wander and another week lost before publishing.
The usual fixes make it worse. A stock UI kit drops in components that were never your brand, forcing them into shape and losing the consistency you meant to buy. A full rebuild every time you need a page is expensive and still leaves the next page as a fresh negotiation. Neither gives you a foundation you can build on.
What your growing site needs is not more pages made by hand. It is a defined set of reusable parts, tokens and components, so your brand is decided once and every future page draws from the same source instead of reinventing it.
How it works
The mechanism, made checkable
- 01
We start from your brand, not a stock kit
A specialist begins with your identity: the palette, the type hierarchy, the spacing and the feel your brand already has. The job is to encode what is already there, not to import someone else's components. If your brand decisions are not yet settled, we surface that here rather than building a system on sand.
- 02
We encode decisions as design tokens
We capture each brand decision once as a named token: color roles, type scale, spacing steps, corner radius and elevation. We follow the three-tier approach the industry has standardized, raw values feeding semantic roles feeding component styles, so a change is made in one place and flows everywhere. We structure tokens to the W3C Design Tokens format that reached its first stable version in 2025, so your foundation is portable, not locked to one tool.
- 03
We build the core component set, lean on purpose
We build only the components your site genuinely repeats: buttons, form fields, cards, navigation, and the section blocks your pages are assembled from. Each is drawn to the tokens and reviewed by a specialist. A deliberately small, well-made set is faster to learn and to use than a sprawling kit nobody keeps consistent.
- 04
We check color and contrast for real use
We check color pairings across the components against WCAG 2.2 contrast ratios, a minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text per the W3C guidelines, so the system is legible on real screens for your real customers, not just pleasing in a design file. We design accessibility into the tokens, not bolt it on after.
- 05
We document how to assemble a page
We document the system so a non-designer, a new hire, or a developer can build a new page correctly: what each token means, when to use each component, and clear do and do-not examples. This is what keeps the system holding after handover, when it is your own team or a vendor putting a page together.
- 06
A handover you own and can extend
We hand over the token set, the component library, and the documentation organized and named, so the foundation belongs to you to build on. New pages assemble from it, and when the system needs a new component later, there is a defined pattern to add one without breaking the rest.
What is included
What is delivered
- A named design token set covering color roles, type scale, spacing, corner radius and elevation, structured in three tiers from raw values to component styles
- A core component library, buttons, form fields, cards, navigation and section blocks, drawn to the tokens and reviewed before delivery
- Contrast and legibility checks across the component set against WCAG 2.2 ratios, with accessible text-on-color pairings
- Tokens exported to the W3C Design Tokens format so your foundation is portable across design and build tooling
- A usage guide covering what each token means, when to use each component, and clear do and do-not examples
- A worked example assembling a real page from the system, so the rules are concrete rather than abstract
- Organised, correctly named files and a clean handover, so you own and can extend the system
- A defined pattern for adding a new component later without breaking the existing set
The outcome
What it moves
- New pages, landing pages and campaigns assemble from parts that are already correct, so they ship consistent and go live faster
- One source for color, type, spacing and components, so your site stops drifting a little with every page added
- A lean, well-made component set your team or a developer can actually use, instead of a sprawling kit nobody keeps in line
- Colour and contrast checked for real-world legibility and accessibility across every component, not just in a design file
- A token foundation structured to a portable standard, so the system moves with you rather than trapping you in one tool
- A documented, owned foundation you can extend as your site grows, without re-deciding the basics each time
What you get
What you get, and how it is priced
A starter system is sized to your site: a five-page site and a business running services, locations and a steady stream of campaign pages need different depth. We size scope to the range your site actually has to cover, publish the tokens and components the package includes and the process behind them, then quote the exact figure after a short scoping conversation. The levels below describe the shape of the work each site actually needs.
| Token Foundation. For a small site that mainly needs consistency and speed on the pages it already has. The full token set, contrast checks, and a focused set of the most-repeated components, documented for reuse. Scoped to you, quoted after a short scoping conversation. | Quoted |
| Starter System. The complete foundation for a growing site: tokens, the core component library, accessibility pairings, a page-assembly guide with worked examples, and a clean handover. Sized to how many page types your site runs. We put the figure in writing up front. | Quoted |
| Extended System. For businesses with more page types, service lines or a steady flow of campaign pages, where the component set has to go deeper and the governance rules matter more. We scope the depth once we have seen how far the site has to stretch, then quote it in writing. | Quoted |
You see the full deliverables and cadence first, then a price built for your business, confirmed in writing.

Questions about Design System Starter
How is this different from a Brand Identity System?
A Brand Identity System defines your brand: the logo, the palette, the type and the voice, as rules on paper. A Design System Starter turns those rules into a working kit: named tokens and reusable components your site is actually built from. Identity decides what your brand is; this decides how it gets assembled into pages, fast and consistently. Many businesses do the identity first and the system second. If you already have a solid identity, this builds directly on it.
We are small. Is a design system overkill for us?
It depends on where your site is headed, and we say so plainly in scoping. Five stable pages with no plans to add more may not need this yet. A site that keeps adding pages, landing pages or campaigns usually sees a lean starter pay for itself quickly, because each new page assembles from parts instead of being rebuilt. We size scope to what your site actually has to cover, and never sell you depth you will not use.
Is this a real, hand-built system, or a mass-produced template kit?
It is a real system, built by a person to your brand. A specialist encodes your identity as tokens and draws the components to match, then reviews the set before delivery. The point of the whole exercise is a foundation that is unmistakably your own. A specialist directs and reviews every engagement before delivery.
You bill in USD, but where is the work actually done?
Raveneye Global is RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited, and billing is in USD with no surprise currency conversion. What matters for your project is that a named specialist owns the outcome, encodes the tokens, builds and reviews the components, and signs off before delivery. You can check the result directly: the system is documented, the contrast is measurable, and the files are handed over.
Why is this scoped instead of a fixed price on the page?
Because a five-page site and a business running services, locations and a stream of campaign pages need very different depth, so a single published number could not reflect that range. We publish the deliverables and the process, then quote the exact figure after a short scoping conversation, so you see the substance before any number.
What do you guarantee?
The guarantee is the standard of the work, not a business result. We commit in writing to build the token set and components to your brand, check them for contrast and legibility, and document them so your team can reuse them, then demonstrate that at handover. We promise no ranking, conversion figure or traffic number, because those depend on far more than a component library. We build the work to standard, check it, and report plainly.
Do we own the tokens and components, or are we locked into you?
Ownership is outright. We hand over the tokens, the component library and the documentation, exported to a portable standard so they are not trapped in one tool or one vendor. You are free to run and extend the system yourself, keep Raveneye Global on for future pages and visibility work, or take it to another team. We earn the next engagement, not lock you in.
Does this require rebuilding our whole site?
Not by itself. We can introduce a starter system to an existing site and apply it as pages are updated or added, delivering consistency and speed on new work without a full teardown. It fits most cleanly inside a fresh build, where we engineer the system and the site together from the start. We state plainly which path suits your situation and budget in scoping.
