Demand Generation

Every dollar you spend on ads, made measurable, attributable and privacy-compliant

For med spas, home services firms, dental practices and solo legal offices running paid ads whose conversion tracking is missing, double-counting, or has broken unnoticed since the last browser and consent change.

Every engagement is directed by a technical specialist and reviewed before delivery.

What this is

Conversion Signal Setup is the measurement foundation under your paid media: a specialist builds and verifies the tracking that shows which ad clicks actually turned into booked appointments, calls, forms and purchases for you. That means a clean GA4 property, correct platform pixels, and server-side event delivery through the Conversions API, wired with Consent Mode v2 so your data is both accurate and lawful. Every important action gets one event, one identifier, and one definition, so a single booking is never counted twice and never lost between the browser and the platform. We baseline what is currently tracked, fix what is broken, prove each event fires once with the right value, and hand you documentation to own. The outcome is a trustworthy signal: the true cost of a booked client becomes visible instead of a vanity number, bidding algorithms learn from your real conversions, and your reporting rests on measurement you can defend to a client, a partner or a regulator.

The problem

Why this matters now

You pay for clicks while flying half-blind on what they produce. A form fills out and nothing records it. A booking counts twice because the pixel and the thank-you page both fire. A phone call that started with an ad never shows up at all. When your signal is wrong, every downstream number is wrong: cost per booked client, channel mix, and the decision about where next month's budget goes.

It got harder on purpose. Browsers block third-party cookies, ad blockers strip trackers, and Apple's tracking prevention drops a large share of client-side events before they ever reach a platform. Industry write-ups in 2026 put the conversions recovered by server-side delivery and first-party matching at roughly 15 to 25 percent of the total (Digital Applied, 2026). On browser-only pixels, that is the slice of your results you simply cannot see.

There is a legal edge to this too. Consent Mode v2 has been mandatory for advertisers serving the European Economic Area and the UK since 6 March 2024 (Google Tag Manager Help, accessed 2026), and Google tightened enforcement in mid-2025 with no grace period, so broken wiring can collapse your measurable data overnight. Privacy Sandbox is not a rescue worth waiting for. The working stack today is server-side events through the Conversions API, Consent Mode v2, and clean rooms, not a scramble to replace the cookie later.

What you actually want is plain: know that one real booking equals one recorded conversion with the right dollar value attached, and know that the reading is collected with consent and reflects what actually happened. That is measurement plumbing, and it has to be built and verified by someone who does this on purpose.

How it works

The mechanism, made checkable

  1. 01

We audit what is tracked today, and what is lying

A specialist maps every conversion action against every ad platform and analytics property you use, then tests what actually fires. We identify the missing events, the duplicates, the wrong values and the tags firing on the wrong page. The result is a plain baseline of what your current numbers can and cannot be trusted to tell, before anything is changed.

  2. 02

We define one event, one identifier, one value

Each meaningful action gets a single agreed definition and a single event that carries a stable identifier and, where relevant, a dollar value. This is what stops a booking being counted twice by the pixel and the server, or lost between them. We match names and casing exactly across platforms so nothing silently double-counts or fails to deduplicate.

  3. 03

We build the server-side layer through the Conversions API

We stand up server-side event delivery so conversions are sent from a server you control, not just a script in a browser that ad blockers and tracking prevention can drop. We deduplicate the same action against the browser event using a shared identifier, recovering the events client-side tracking loses without inflating the count.

  4. 04

We wire consent correctly with Consent Mode v2

We configure Consent Mode v2 so signals respect what each visitor agreed to, defaulting to denied until consent is given, and modeling the gap in a privacy-safe way where the platform supports it. This is both a compliance requirement for EEA and UK traffic and the difference between data that survives enforcement and data that collapses without warning.

  5. 05

We verify every event fires once, with the right value

We put each conversion path through real test transactions and platform debug tools to confirm the event fires exactly once, carries the correct value, and reconciles across GA4, the ad platform and the server. We chase down discrepancies and fix them, not round over them.

  6. 06

We document it and hand it over

We deliver a written measurement plan: every event, where it fires, what it is worth, how consent is handled, and how the numbers reconcile. Confirmed, verified conversion health feeds the conversion-signal pillar of your Machine-Readiness Score, so the same measurement your bidding relies on also grades how well your visibility converts. The record stays with you.

What is included

What is delivered

  • A tracking audit that maps every conversion action against every platform and flags what is missing, duplicated or misvalued
  • A written measurement plan defining each event, its identifier, its value, and where it fires
  • A clean GA4 configuration with correct conversion events and no double-counting
  • Correct platform pixels and tags for the ad channels you use
  • Server-side event delivery through the Conversions API, deduplicated against browser events with a shared identifier
  • Consent Mode v2 configured to respect visitor consent and to meet EEA and UK requirements
  • Enhanced conversions or first-party data matching where the platform supports it and your privacy posture allows
  • End-to-end verification with real test transactions, confirming each event fires once with the right value across GA4, the platform and the server
  • Reconciliation notes and handover documentation you keep, plus a clear separation of what is setup and what is ongoing management

The outcome

What it moves

  • A trustworthy conversion signal: one real booking, call, form or sale equals one recorded conversion with the correct value attached
  • Recovered conversions that browser-only tracking was dropping, so your ad platforms optimize against real results instead of a shrunken sample
  • Consent-compliant measurement that survives EEA and UK enforcement instead of collapsing without warning
  • A true cost per booked client, so your budget decisions rest on what actually happened rather than a vanity count
  • Cleaner learning for bidding algorithms, because they are fed accurate, deduplicated conversions with real values
  • A documented measurement plan you own, so the wiring is legible to your next specialist, partner or auditor

What you get

What you get, and how it is priced

Conversion Signal Setup is scoped to your measurement surface: how many ad platforms you run, how many distinct actions matter (booking, call, form, purchase, chat), how your site and booking tool are built, and how much of your current tracking is missing or duplicated. A single-platform lead form is a different build from a multi-platform practice tracking calls, forms and online scheduling across several locations. We size the work to what your setup actually needs, then confirm the figure in writing before anything starts.

Signal Repair. A time-boxed fix for one platform and a small set of conversion actions. Audit, correct the broken and duplicated events, add server-side delivery for the events that matter most, wire Consent Mode v2, and verify. Scoped after we see the accounts.Quoted
Full Signal Build. A complete conversion-measurement foundation across the platforms you run: GA4, pixels, server-side Conversions API, consent, verification and documentation for every meaningful action. Scoped to the number of platforms, events and pages in play.Quoted
Signal Care. The full build plus ongoing management: monitoring that events keep firing, adapting to platform and consent changes, and re-verifying as your site and offers change. A standing management fee, separate from your ad spend, scoped to your surface.Quoted

You see the full deliverables and cadence first, then a price built for your business, confirmed in writing.

Questions about Conversion Signal Setup

Is any of this churned out by a machine?

No. A specialist directs and reviews the audit, the event definitions, the server-side build and the verification before delivery. We use tools to test and to deliver events reliably, but the design of the measurement and the reading of whether it is correct are human expert work. Every engagement is directed by a specialist and reviewed before delivery.

How is my ad spend handled? Do you mark it up?

Never. You pay your ad spend direct to the platform, on your own card or account. Raveneye Global does not route it, does not mark it up, and does not count it as our revenue. The only money that reaches us is the setup fee and, if you choose ongoing management, a separate management fee. Those three figures stay separate and each is stated plainly.

You are billed from an overseas team. Does that affect the tracking?

No. Raveneye Global is operated by RavenGroup Global Tech Private Limited and everything is billed in USD with no surprise conversion. Conversion measurement is judged on whether each event fires once with the right value and the right consent, which is verifiable the same way wherever the specialist sits. You keep the documentation and the platform ownership.

Why is this scoped instead of a fixed price?

Because the work depends on your existing setup. One platform with a single lead form is a different build from several platforms tracking calls, forms and online booking across locations, and a badly broken starting point takes more repair than a clean one. We publish the full deliverables, then quote the exact figure after a short scoping call once we have seen your accounts. A single price for every business would be a fiction.

Can you guarantee more conversions after this?

No. This service makes your conversions measurable; it does not manufacture demand. What's committed is that each real action is recorded once, with the correct value, collected with consent, and reconciled across every platform you use. Results are reported with variance, never a naked return figure as if last-click were the whole truth.

Is this even needed now that browsers block cookies and Privacy Sandbox is coming?

It is needed more, not less. Privacy Sandbox is not a stack worth waiting for, and browser-only pixels lose a real share of conversions to ad blockers and tracking prevention. The working approach in 2026 is server-side events through the Conversions API, Consent Mode v2, and clean rooms. Industry write-ups in 2026 put the recovery from server-side delivery and first-party matching at roughly 15 to 25 percent of conversions (Digital Applied, 2026).

Will this keep me compliant with consent laws?

We build the measurement to respect consent by design, defaulting to denied until a visitor agrees and configuring Consent Mode v2, which has been mandatory for EEA and UK advertisers since 6 March 2024 (Google Tag Manager Help, accessed 2026). This is not legal advice, and Raveneye Global is not your lawyer, so your privacy counsel should sign off on policy and banner wording. What we own is that the technical wiring honors the consent choices your setup requires and follows platform ad policies.

How does this connect to my other visibility and conversion work?

It sits underneath everything paid. Accurate signal is what lets any campaign, bidding strategy or conversion test be judged fairly, and it feeds the conversion-signal pillar of your Machine-Readiness Score. Lifting the rate at which measured visitors act is Conversion Optimization, which relies on the trustworthy signal this service installs.
